We have formed a friendship with this family, which began nearly two years ago with a small bathroom renovation we completed after taking over from another builder. This initial project led to renovating a guest bathroom for the parents of the client, followed by a basement renovation for the daughters, and ultimately a complete makeover of the parents' first floor. Now, we're returning to work on the basement again! It's like we're bouncing around like ping pong balls. Just shows the importance of treating people fairly and delivering quality work. I know everyone worked really hard on this. We really try to see the project’s we take on from the homeowner's perspective rather than just ourselves and our bottom line. Money comes and goes, but a reputation lasts forever. Is it always easy? No. But, it’s always worth it! Their taste is impeccable, and the project turned out incredible. The idea is one day when they’re sitting around the kitchen as a family if the thought of the renovation crosses their minds. And our names come up the feeling they get is positive. That is the impact and value we strive to deliver for our customers, marketplace and hopefully friends.
